We are currently looking for a helpdesk operator to join our team.Main responsibilities
You will need to be a calm and confident communicator, with the ability to receive and process service requests from around the Hospital in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. The environment requires someone who can respond quickly and is able to work under pressure.
IT knowledge would be beneficial, however previous experience is not essential, as full training will be given.Ideal candidate
