This new relaxed, brasserie style dining restaurant, which is opening late summer, is seeking a talented Head Chef to oversee the smooth running of its operation. You will be creating fine British cuisine using only carefully sourced produce and there will be a strong emphasis on using only the finest cuts of pork and beef in all the dishes. There are great plans for this site which includes a rotisserie and Josper grill section. You must have experience within a high standard fine dining environment, preferably of 1 AA Rosette standards or equivalent.
As Head Chef, you will be involved in the initial setup of the kitchen and be responsible for recruiting & developing a kitchen team of 12 chefs, creating news menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as implementing all the hygiene and health & safety procedures in the kitchen. An excellent salary of £60,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
