The role is based in our modern American steak restaurant CUT at 45 Park Lane. Wolfgang Puck is a world renowned master chef and restaurateur whose name is synonymous with the finest in hospitality and the culinary arts.

At the end of June Wolfgang Puck will launch a pop-up of his flagship Californian restaurant Spago for three days, to commemorate Spago’s 35th anniversary. Spago’s Chef de Cuisine Tetsu Yahagi and CUT at 45 Park Lane’s Executive Chef David McIntyre will take over the kitchens to serve a Spago-inspired menu for both lunch and dinner service. Chef de Rang role overview:

  • The ideal Chef de Rang will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service at all times & under pressure while displaying excellence in personal grooming & presentation
  • During service you are responsible for running a station, greeting guests, explain specials and assist management with order taking and billing
  • You must also have the excitement and patience of training new team members and guide the Commis de Rang, while ensuring the pre/post service tasks have been successfully completed to the highest standards
