This stunning fine dining restaurant, which is part of a world renowned award winning company, is seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to oversee its flagship restaurant in Singapore. You will be creating fine Mediterranean cuisine using only the freshest produce and finest cuts of meats. You must have proven experience as a senior chef in Michelin Starred establishments and you must also have strong management and motivational skills as well as a complete understanding on health & safety, COSHH and HACCP procedures.
As Head Chef will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. An attractive salary of £62,500 per annum and your package will include any necessary visas, accommodation, etc.
