Lecturer in Patisserie
UCB are looking to recruit a Lecturer in Patisserie to teach across a range of higher and further education programmes and assist with year management of students in our renowned and highly successful College of Food.
The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience, high levels of technical skill in quality patisserie, chocolate and sugar work. You will also have experience of teaching or training in patisserie skills.
In addition to excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a broad range of students, you will also be enthusiastic about your own development, including a willingness to attain a teaching qualification, if required.
The post-holder must have a flexible approach to work, as evening/weekend work may occasionally be required. You will be part of a highly successful and supportive team with the ability to guide and mentor the next generation of pastry chefs and patisserie specialists.
