Day to day, you will be managing and developing a team of 8 front of house staff within the busy catering restaurant and across the coffee bars (Starbucks and Hej). Turnover is approximately £1million so you need to be confident with reviewing a P&L and increasing sales and revenue within this commercial area.
It is important that you have a positive approach to all requests, and constantly look for the next big thing on the catering market so that we are always one step ahead of our competitors.Ideal candidate
- Previous restaurant/employee dining management experience within contract catering desirable
- Passion for retail and latest street food concepts
- Proactive, enthusiastic and hands on approach
- Shows drive, tenacity and resilience to get things done
- Ability to demonstrate great organisational skills in a high volume and demanding environment
- Strong management, development and HR skills
- Attention to detail and ability to set high standards
