We are now looking for a passionate Performance Improvement Manager with strong analytical skills, an engaging communication style combined with a proven track record for driving continuous improvement.

The role is primarily based at The Dorchester and you will at least twice a month be required to work at our country house hotel Coworth Park in Ascot.

As the Performance Improvement Manager you will support the Leadership teams to enhance our guest experience through service. You will be expected to enhance the hotel service proposition, efficiency of processes and drive key hotel projects in support of our strategic priorities. Furthermore, you will analyse and communicate key data across all metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement

It is important that you demonstrate excellent influencing and persuasion skills and build positive relationships across each department. You will be able to manage projects and people – directly and indirectly.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience within the ultra-luxury service sector, ideally in hotels, though experience may also include retail and other hospitality environments.
