Working in a stunning building in Canary Wharf, you will be based within the fine dining and hospitality kitchen working within a brigade of 7. You will report directly into the head hospitality chef and executive head chef.
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible as you will be required to work 2/3 evenings per week.
In this flagship site for the company, there are 36 meeting rooms and 2 floors, hospitality spread across two building you will be catering for a wide range of hospitality from sandwiches, bespoke hospitality – canape’s, buffets, 3 course lunches dinners, bowl food, receptions, afternoon teas and banqueting etc .Catering for up to 500 covers per day.

Standards are extremely high so it is essential you have experience from a similar contract catering background, Michelin star, 4-5 star hotel or rosette kitchen background. Good knowledge of health and safety, food costing.Also team player.
