Operations Manager- North West London- Highly Competitive salary +Bonus+ Benefits

Monday- Friday -40 hours (Occasional weekends)

A brand new contract creates this brand new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Healthcare team in North West London.

Main responsibilities

As the Operations Manager you will develop and lead a team of Catering and Support Services Managers to provide exceptional service to our client. You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. You will drive foodservice and FM support service solutions that exceed contract requirements and you will review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance reporting.

The Operations Manager will demonstrate commercial value to the Leadership and Executive teams in line with the One Compass vision, values and overall business strategy.

Ideal candidate
  • Senior management experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results.
  • Experience of leading the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefits.
  • Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
  • Experience in highly commercial and price sensitive markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fully conversant with current Health and Safety and food safety regulation.
  • Experience on application of risk management, analysis and reduction.
