The role is based in Bar 45 which specialises in rare liquors and hand-crafted signature cocktails designed by chef Wolfgang Puck alongside a Rough CUTs menu.

At the end of June Wolfgang Puck will launch a pop-up of his flagship Californian restaurant Spago for three days, to commemorate Spago’s 35th anniversary. Spago’s Chef de Cuisine Tetsu Yahagi and CUT at 45 Park Lane’s Executive Chef David McIntyre will take over the kitchens to serve a Spago-inspired menu for both lunch and dinner service. Bar Waiter/ess role overview

  • The ideal Bar Waiter/ess will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming & presentation while creating memorable experiences for our guests
  • You will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar floor for all the meal periods, ensuring that every up-selling opportunity is taken
  • As you will be working in a sublime location, with high expectations from your guest, you must always show good product knowledge and genuine communication abilities, showing why Bar 45 is famous for its delicious sliders and exotic cocktails
