The Job Role:
As General Manager/Chef you will be expected to manage the day to day operation as well as take full P&L responsibility. You will have a high degree of autonomy in your role, ensuring the service delivery and menu quality is second to none.
To manage an efficient and effective catering operation in accordance with Company standards and statutory regulations.
To ensure legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety, Employment law and food safety, for all staff, visitors and customers.
Someone with a desire and passion to cook with fresh quality ingredients.

National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders
Life experience in the industry – not an official qualification but an essential attribute for this role.
CIEH or equivalent Food Safety, Health & Safety, Fire Safety and First Aid Certificate
References will be required.
