Pastry Chef de Partie role overview:

  • The ideal Chef de Partie will take pride in working with the Head Pastry Chef David Girard, creating exceptional desserts
  • Your help will be crucial in producing delectable, delicate seasonal pastries for our award winning afternoon tea, as well as other desserts for the all-day dining menu
  • Together with the Sous Chef or in absence, you will supervise all the personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to participate in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs
  • As a Chef de Partie, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other kitchen team members
