This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to help manage a thriving country pub and restaurant.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comittment and drive to help take our resturant to the next level. As a Sous Chef you will be jointly responsible and accountable for delivering exceptional guest focused dining experiences, and consistently achieve the highest standards.The successful applicant will be jointly responsible for ;The smooth, safe and efficient running of the kitchen operation.Creating the production of suitable innovative menu designs for the relevant event or area of food service within the restaurant.Ensuring the quality of food and standards of presentation are exceptional..Helping to develop new menus and food items from local produce.Maintaining Food Safety.Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene with all food safety requirements.
Salary £18000- £20000 per annum plus tips
5 working days over 7 with two consecutive days off
28 payed holidays a year
