Are you an experienced Executive level PA who is seeking to develop your career within a fast paced FTSE30 organisation? Are you a proactive individual that thrives within a challenging, ever changing environment? We currently have an exciting role for a highly professional Personal Assistant to support our UK&I Finance Director and Finance Directors for ESS, Chartwells and Central Services.

Main responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant you will be responsible for providing full day to day administrative support to three directos, including preparation and editing of general correspondence, full diary management; ensuring entries are up to date, alongside accurate monitoring and screening of incoming email correspondence and responding as necessary.

In addition to the above, you will arrange and coordinate meetings and will be responsible for organisation of travel arrangements and processing expenses, whilst also managing events and supporting with various projects within the Finance function.

You will be based at our Parklands office, which is based on Birmingham Great Park, offering fantastic nearby facilities inclusive of a Gym, “Outstanding” rated childcare facilities and various restaurant and entertainment venues.

Ideal candidate

To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will be an experienced Personal Assistant who is accustomed to working in an extremely fast-paced and changeable environment. You will be used to operating with the highest discretion and have the ability to act with tact and diplomacy.

This role will be well suited to an individual who is seeking a long-term role within a highly corporate and demanding environment. You will be a confident, assertive and approachable self-starter with excellent communication skills, both oral and written – with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
