Floor Manager role overview:

  • The ideal Floor Manager will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming & presentation
  • As part of your daily responsibilities you must run events and private functions, while leading, motivating and coordinating the team
  • As a Floor Manager you will be crucial in creating stunning events from a grand dinner or less formal reception, business meeting, conference or extraordinary weddings
  • Together with the Events Operations Manager you must manage and monitor the operational effectiveness of Banqueting in order to maximise profitability and you must be confident to deputise in his absence
