We are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

Sous Chef role overview:

  • The ideal Sous Chef will take pride working in the Banqueting Kitchen, creating bespoke food for events such as a grand dinner, or less formal receptions
  • You will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner to private exquisite dining
  • Together with the Executive Sous Chef or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to participate in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs
  • As a Sous Chef, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other kitchen team members
