Working in collaboration with our catering partners Levy (who are part of the prestigious, Compass Group), we are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to work as part of the kitchen brigade but with specific responsibility to focus on Conference and Events.

To succeed in this position you will need to be an experienced Sous Chef from a quality restaurant or similar banqueting environment. You will need a passion for developing the product and the ability to work well in a team. You will need to be well organised to ensure that you and the team to meet strict Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards.Ideal candidate
