To be an ambassador for CH&Co at client site, to lead the team to success and to ensure CH&co are a partner not merely a contractor. Ensure entire CH&Co team onsite work together.
Line management of Sales Manager, F&B Manager, Executive Chef and Administrator.
Accurate weekly reporting of WTS to CH&Co
Accurate forecasting of sales, commission and bottom line to CH&CoFood – with Executive Chef ensure seasonality, quality and innovation Liquor – with F&B Manager ensure quality, variety and innovation
Packages – with Sales Manager ensure quality, competitive and innovative Suppliers – ensure meet CH&Co standards and contributing to team success Ensure all the above meet budgeted GPs and are reviewed regularly Work with Sales
Manager and team to ensure monthly budget made with quality sales
Ensure all corporate clients are in line with ethical policy
Along with Sales Manager ensure all contracts and invoices are in line with CH&Co policy
Work with Sales Manager to ensure all marketing collateral is approved
Work with Sales Manager to build, deliver and review the marketing budget
Collaborate with ITA* to ensure maximum sales
Work with F&B Manager and Event Managers to ensure events delivered to SOP standard Ensure all large events planned, delivered and evaluated to the highest standardWork with F&B
Manager to ensure operational costs kept to budget Nurture strong relationships and transparent communication with client
Ensure all exceptions to Internal Booking Policy communicated
Nurture strong mutually beneficial relationships with departments on “Stakeholders” documentWork with Events team to balance requirements for room, outdoor space and catering

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
