An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for ITA*, a dynamic booking agency with a stunning portfolio of venues. Providing clients with a highly bespoke, seamless, one stop shop to book a venue and arrange a bespoke catering service provided by a specialist catering company in our group.

Salary: £26K per annum

Skills needed for this role:

Ability to write marketing, content and social media strategies in line with business requirements

Proven experience in planning and executing the timely delivery of engaging content across the website and all social media channels

Copy writing

Report writing

Experience in SEO

Experience using Hoot-Suite

Google analytics

Experience conducting and reporting on paid social media campaigns

Experience using MailChimp, designing and inputting data and reporting on delivery outcomes and projecting future improvements

Knowledge in designing marketing collateral using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

Budget management

Experience using Word Press would be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Social media strategy - plan, develop and execute social media strategies; feed into the planning process for the wider business

Write social media campaigns in line with the marketing plan and business needs

Creative short lead campaigns to drive targeted sales as and when business demands

Write SEO rich blog posts, e-shots and content across all media platforms

Engage with our web site visitor using relevant content extending the user visitor time and value on ITA* web site

Increase social media followers and engagement according to agreed KPI’s

Monitor and analyse all social media activity to ensure KPIs are met; develop activity to ensure continuous improvement

Develop and implement content plans for ITA* to improve SEO, add value to prospective and existing clients, improve SEO, drive sales leads and enquiries

Manage relevant social media budgets within agreed limits

Work closely with the PR/Comms managers to develop and execute brand specific content that cover online content to drive greater awareness and increase lead generation

Design basic in house marketing material; knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator Ensure all activity meets brand guidelines internally and externally

Sales support – support the sales team with social media advice and ideas - design, deliver and report email campaigns

Develop training initiatives to give people the skills to set up and develop their own social media profiles across home venue and extended family venues

Monthly reporting on marketing activities – using data from Google analytics and back end of social media platforms

Work with our venues to assist in their marketing objectives

Attend and contribute to regular marketing meetings with key stakeholders

Advise on the development and improvement of SEO across our brands

Maintain a sound knowledge of the competitive landscape

Photograph events, venues, edit and design material to use in digital & print content

PPC advertising

Liaise with web developers to make necessary fixes to the website

Build and maintain relationships with online partners
