Head Chef / Sous Chef
This is an exciting opportunity to join an iconic, well-loved restaurant that has a long-established reputation.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic & passionate Head Chef/Sous Chef for our independent Staffordshire Brasserie, serving an eclectic menu, using fresh local produce where possible.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and should preferably have experience with stock control, menu management & working to GP.
Salary based on experience.
