We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our Foodbuy team in Chertsey.

Main responsibilities

As a Customer Services Advisor you will be responsible for offering client helpdesk support around our systems over the telephone and email. You will be a first point of contact to both our clients and suppliers, obtaining information and will transfer issues to specialist areas of the business; whilst offing updates on progress and ensuring queries are resolved within timescales. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an understanding of our integral systems and processes and enables you to work with clients and suppliers across our diverse organisation. 

Ideal candidate

    

To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will be an outstanding communicator with the ability to communicate with managers over both the telephone and email confidently and articulately. This role will be fast paced and thus, you will be able to multi-task whilst having strong organisational skills.

This role will be based in Chertsey permanently, but requires an individual that is flexible to travel to Camberley (expenses paid) for a three month training period.
