We are currently looking for a Referencing Support Administrator to join our team in our Birmingham office.

Main responsibilities
  • Proactively managing the reference support inbox and responding to all requests via post or email within the SLA
  • Raising issues as and when required to your line manager. Dealing with telephone queries in a calm and polite manner.
  • Any other relevant task as requested by your line manager

You will ensure that reference checks are carried out in a timely manner to the required standards and company procedures. You will support the business, providing excellent customer focus at all times. Prioritising work effectively and taking into account any external deadlines.

Ideal candidate
  • An effective communicator who also has the ability to influence.
  • Attention to detail when working with high volumes.
  • Excellent working experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Problem solving and the ability to proactively identify issues and escalate when required.
