Salary c. £19,000

40 Hours per Week

Main responsibilities
  • The Junior Pastry Chef will be involved with the planning, organisation and preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times
  • Be an integral part of the pastry production covering pupil and staff feeding along with an extensive range of  hospitality and events
  • Possess an exceptional drive for quality for Hospitality events
  • Responsible for all aspects of food safety, HS and COSHH
Ideal candidate
  • High end hotel or restaurant experience, ideally two rosette level
  • Extensive knowledge of the F&B industry is essential, you need to take this site to the next level in terms of food and culinary standards
  • Immaculate presentation, outgoing, passionate, excellent communication and customer service skills are required for this highly visible position
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Committed to food and customer service innovation
