£28,000 per annum

To work 5 out of 7 days, day time shifts starting at 7am

Main responsibilities

We are now looking for a Chef de Partie to focus on our Conference and Events. As Chef de Partie you will take ownership of the hot section within our production kitchen. You will report into the Head Chef and will oversee casual staff on event days. Our events include conferences for up to 5000 and formal dinners for up to 2000 with multi events on one day.  You will be able to react to changes in business levels whilst overseeing preparation and food is finished to a high quality.

You will need to be enthusiastic and passionate, demonstrating strong attention to detail whilst also being innovative and able to offer ideas and solutions.

Ideal candidate
  • High Volume banqueting experience
  • Positive and passionate focus on food.
  • Comfortable working within guidelines to deliver results.
  • Excellent communications skills – able to influence all stakeholder levels.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and agility.
  • Calm and structured approach, coupled with resilience and problem-solving skills.
