Operations Manager - South Coast £40-£50K
Due to growth and expansion, this fresh food independent modern British Café and Kitchen Group are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to cover their South Coast region.
Your current team would describe you as entrepreneurial, inspirational, commercial and innovative; a real leader of people. Someone who can manage upwards as well as down.
Currently at 20 sites across the South West, West Midlands and down to the South Coast, the company have 8-9 more sites planned for between now and 2018, as well as ambitions to roll-out to 40+ all self-funded.
An all-day offer, big on coffee, breakfast and cakes and light meals in the evening. Fully licensed with an extensive drink offering, the sites are typically open between 7am - 9pm.
The company are renowned for taking quirky old tired and interesting buildings and creating amazing, fun and relaxed spaces, where they put the local community and people at their core. They are also champions of passionately supporting local suppliers, free range, fair trade and organic.
As Operations Manager you will have previously managed across multiple sites within a food focused aspirational high street, full-service brand and gained experience of new openings ideally.

The role will require travel around the region and to the SW Head Office. You will be part of the management team driving operational excellence, new store openings, service standards, recruitment, training etc.
