Our team in North London, are looking to recruit an experienced and flexible Recruitment and HR administrator to support their team. You will predominately be based at Barnet Hospital, but may be expected to travel to Chase farm Hospital, Ealing Hospital, and North Middlesex to support the business. It is therefore ideal if you have your own transport, or are located near these sites!

Our team in North London, are looking to recruit an experienced and flexible Recruitment and HR administrator to support their team. You will predominately be based at Barnet Hospital, but may be expected to travel to Chase farm Hospital, Ealing Hospital, and North Middlesex to support the business. It is therefore ideal if you have your own transport, or are located near these sites!

Main responsibilities
  • Adding new starters to our HR system and ensuring personnel files are up to date
  • Processing payroll and weekly timesheets
  • Requesting DBS checks and ensuring all relevant information is collected to support these
  • Supporting with interviews during large scale recruitment drives
  • Advertising and shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Arranging occupational health appointments
  • Dealing with employee and management queries
  • Sending interview and job offer confirmations
  • Being the first point of contact when the Resource Network Manager is visiting a different site
  • Communicating key information to managers and wider team
  • Note taking for HR Meeting
  • Sending HR letters to employees
Is essential that you enjoy working within a fast paced environment, each day in this role will not be the same!

Ideal candidate
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in a HR background)
  • High standard of literacy skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good organisational, planning and time managements skills
  • The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • minute taking
