£18,000 to £20,000 per annum
To work 5 out of 7 days, mainly 8am to 5pm but flexibility needed for eventsMain responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for Chef de Partie. As Chef de Partie you will work within a kitchen team of 7 to cater for the new 400 cover restaurant offering freshly prepared meals and snacks which include a theatre style pizza and pasta offer and additional burger and peri style chicken offer.
You will ideally have a sound understanding of basic catering and knife skills and ideally worked within a similar fast paced environment either within a high street restaurant or Gastro pub environment.Ideal candidate
- Ideally, you will have NVQ Level 1/2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Chef
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate
- The skills to produce great food
- Self-motivated and the ability to work in a pressurized environment
- Team player
- A 'Can-do' attitude
