The Holkham Estate in north Norfolk extends over 25,000 acres and has an annual turnover of over £20m. The land and property-based enterprises include residential lettings, commercial lettings, property maintenance and development, farming, forestry, country sports, a hotel, an inn, a holiday park, and car parks.

Home to the Earls of Leicester, the enterprises based around the stately home, Holkham Hall, include tourism, hospitality, catering, retail, filming, outdoor events and concerts.  Holkham Enterprises currently manages two cafés: the Beach Café at Wells and the Courtyard Café at Holkham Hall.

As part of the busy visitor attraction, Holkham has a vacancy for a Cook to work across the two café operations - The Beach Café and The Courtyard Café.

Reporting to our Food and Beverage Manager you will play a key role in developing our food offer and in the smooth day to day running of the café. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the very highest standards and your role will include ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Salary: Circa £21,000, depending on experience. This is a full time, permanent position based on a 40 hour week, including bank holiday and weekend working. A job description is available on request.
