This role is split between two different sites which are only a short walk from each other. One site is a small free issue site with an open plan kitchen facility and requires service for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon each day Monday to Friday. This is a stand-alone role and the  requirements are, to keep the area clean and tidy, restock the fridges, clean and fill the coffee machine, order stock take, accurate weekly stock takes, market the food offer keeping in line with high street trends, promotion of healthy eating  and liaison with the client on site for any special catering requirements.

 

The second part of the role is to assist in the running of the Staff Dining facility at the other site.  Working with a team of 4, the staff restaurant caters for a building with 850 staff.  This role would involve the setting up of counters, service on one of the counters during the lunch period, some porterage, keeping the counters and surrounding area clean and tidy and the operation of the cashless tills.
