Our Levy Restaurants business are currently recruiting for a Cash Office Manager to join us on site at the home of the Champions – as part of our contract with Chelsea FC. Main responsibilities

As a Cash Office Manager you will manage all cash operations for Levy Restaurants at Chelsea FC, which will see you take responsibility for ensuring all revenue is accurately realised in line with reporting deadlines while rigorously following company financial policies. Conducting reconcilliations, analysing variances, challenging inconsistencies and additionally supporting with month-end support, this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join an exciting operation that will seek to develop your cash office management experience.

You will have a proactive outlook, with the ability to positively challenge the teams on site – to ensure that we continue to offer an efficient cash operation at the venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys driving process and efficiences to the way that we work.

Ideal candidate

To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will have demonstrable experience in managing a cash office and handling high volumes of cash. To be successful within this role you will have a good financial and commercial acumen, alongside the ability to manage data in excel. 

In addition to this, you will be a fantastic team player and an outstanding communicator who is confidently able to support a fast paced and challenging operation. Finally, due to the varied nature of the role, this role is well suited to an individual who is flexible in terms of working hours as the role will see you support 26 match days between August and May.
