The role is based in our modern American steak restaurant CUT at 45 Park Lane. Wolfgang Puck is a world renowned master chef and restaurateur whose name is synonymous with the finest in hospitality and the culinary arts.

Breakfast Chef role overview:

  • The ideal Breakfast Chef will take pride working in Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe, a modern American steak fine dining restaurant
  • Your help will be crucial in creating delectable breakfast dishes range for our guests
  • Together with the Chef de Partie or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to sample, smell and observe food to ensure that recipes and standards are maintained
  • As a Breakfast Chef, you must be self-motivated and organised as you will be in charge of the breakfast service and also the preparation of mis-en-place and post breakfast tasks
