We are looking at adding a Chef De Partie to our team at Glencorse Barracks, Penicuik.
You as the Chef De Partie will have a varied role, you will be responsible for producing a variety of dishes across different sections to the highest standards for the restaurant and meeting room areas, whilst ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, safely and hygienically.
This is not just high volume catering; you will also work on hospitality functions with a mix of fine dining evenings throughout the yearIdeal candidate
What we need from you is to have excellent culinary skills with an attention to detail, a team player with ideally experience of supervising a team within a similar environment, be qualified to NVQ level 2 in food preparation and cooking or equivalent and be quality driven.
