To ensure the smooth running of our Heart of House areas by efficiently managing the goods in and out services and supporting the Executive Chef with ordering paperwork.

  • Receive deliveries
  • Check all orders received match the order sheet
  • Checking weights, numbers and quality of goods received
  • Checking temperatures and recording them as per safety standards
  • Pack and arrange the dry stores and pastry dry stores correctly
  • Rotate stock as required
  • Ensure the deliveries are delivered to the correct outlets
  • Work closely with the Cellar and Stores Manager to ensure correct delivery of beverages
  • Maintain spreadsheets for the control of stock items
  • Liaise with Executive Chef and Senior Chefs on stock queries
  • Liaise with the Purchasing team in London
  • Adhere to Health and Safety standards, including C.O.S.H.H at all times.
  • Computer literate in Word and Excel
  • Food Knowledge
  • A good level of English both verbal and written
  • Hotel background
  • Working Monday to Friday, 6am/7am starts
