Head Chef - Paris
High-end, Traditional British-inspired Restaurant opening in Paris in the late Autumn. This is a challenging post with six All Day Dining menus and x 2.5 Teams to manage. The six menus per week will be Breakfast, Lunch, Tea-Time, Dinner, Late-Night Dinner and Sunday Brunch. The restaurant is in a very central and busy area and you will be working with some of the best suppliers in France.
The back-bone of the menu will be our pork which will be rare-breed Gascon Black pigs from on top of a mountain in the Pyrenees, probably some of the happiest pigs in the world.
Ideally you will have already managed an All-Day Dining kitchen before and spoken French is a bonus but not essential.
Salary is extremely competitive with Relocation Bonus and help with accommodation if necessary and Performance Related Bonuses available after 6 & 12 months.
Position opens end-of September.
