Main responsibilities

As a HR Coordinator you will be responsible for providing HR & Traning administrative support to the Medirest team on site at North Middlesex Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a newly mobilised site, where you will be able to drive process and efficiencies to the way that we work.

You will be involved in providing HR Policy guidance; acting as a lead to the staff, whilst also being involved in managing recruitment, onboarding and training of staff on-site.

Ideal candidate

To fit in with us, and for us to be right for you; you will have a good knowledge of HR processes and procedures and will be able to develop processes and tools that drive compliance within a fast-paced and complex organisation. You will be an outstanding communicator, who is able to positively challenge and drive efficiencies and will be a strong HR Administrative skills. This is a key role within a new mobilisation and would be well suited to an individual that wants to be developed and progress.
