Would you like to work for the largest contract catering company in the world in one of their prestigious sites in Malvern, Worcestershire

We are seeking an experience catering manager to manage our staff restaurant, with the assistance of an experienced and motivated team. The ideal catering manager must have experience working in a high profile establishment and be able to offer excellent customer service. Craft skills would be an advantage.  We are seeking someone you has the passion and drive to want to succeed and to offer the best service to our client and customers as possible. Preferably have the experience working in a business and industry environment.

Main responsibilities
  • Smooth running of the site with the assistance of an experienced team
  • Managing a  team of 7- 8 staff including the HC
  • Fully responsible for the P&L accounts, KPI’s etc
  • Building and excellent relationship with the client
  • Implementing promotions and increasing sales
  • Liaising with the client
  • Completing end of the month P&L
  • Making sure that all our standards are met and company procedures are met

  • Excellent customer service
  • Craft skilled would be to your advantage as you might have to assist in the kitchen when required
  • High standards and quality driven
  • Very organised
  • Computer literate
  • Enjoy working in a very busy environment
  • Understanding of  P&L accounts
  • Sound awareness of Health and Safety and Food Legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be able to address and resolve customer complaints
  • Eye for detail
  • Must have management experience within a catering environment
