We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our great team at this prestigious Independent School that can help further enhance our food offer working within the Brigade to produce outstanding meals.

Chef de Partie – Prestigious Independent School, Cambridge

Salary between £23000 - £26000 depending on experience

40 Hours per Week, 5 days out of 7 working 2 weekend in 4, need to be flexible

Shift pattern either, 6am – 7pm, early or late shift, no split shifts

  • Immaculate personal presentation, outgoing, passionate, excellent customer service and communication skills are required for this highly visible position
  • Adopt a hands on approach taking responsibility for the food production covering pupil and staff feeding along with an extensive range of  hospitality and events
  • Possess an exceptional drive for quality for Hospitality events
  • Responsible for all aspects of food safety, HS and COSHH
