We have a great opportunity for an Area Manager, to work for the largest contract catering in the world.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has multi-site experience and looking to progress into an area manager role. The ideal candidate will be working within the education sector. The area manager will be overseeing various sites within the Greater London area. If you have excellent people skills, can motivate staff, have completed various audits, come from a chef background, compliance focused and have worked towards budget then we would like to hear from you.

Package description

Up to £21000 plus travel expenses

Mon - Fri, between 7am - 4pm, 37.5  hours per week

Will be working term time

Main responsibilities
  • Assist in building strong client relationships across a portfolio of sites in the South West London area
  • Proactively review and improve the services
  • Agree menu selections and ensure local preferences are appropriately catered for
  • Lead your on-site colleagues – making sure they are happy, effective and up to date with relevant training needs
  • Ensure periodic reports are accurate, comprehensive and meet relevant deadlines

  • Confident at building relationships with clients and team members
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about Catering and service delivery.
