A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a very qualified and passionate Chef de Partie, to join our brigade of experienced chefs in Farnham Castle in Surrey. We cater for a number of weddings per year. The Chef de Partie will mainly cater for weddings and events. Main responsibilities

The Chef de Partie  will be working with a very qualified chef brigade to offer excellent food cooked to very high standards, all from fresh produce. Adhering to company H&S and F&H  standards. The Chef de Partie will be expected to cater for up to 120 covers, it could be for a 3 course meal or for banqueting.  This could be the next step for you into a Sous Chef role and to be able to be part of the largest contract catering team in the world

Ideal candidate
  • Be enthusiastic, passionate, hardworking, with a positive attitude
  • Minimum of 1 years Commis Chef experience
  • Must be craft skilled
  • Experience working in a very busy environment
  • Would prefer someone from a hotel or conference background
  • Very good understanding of H&S and F&H
  • Used to working flexible shifts.
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Takes pride the dishes that they create
  • Working to very high standards
