Working in a busy city wine bar in the heart of the city of London you will be responsible for maintaining professionalism in a warm, friendly and genuine manner. Your customer service and communication skills must be impeccable to succeed in the role.
Tasks: Ensuring high standards are met. Creating and implementing staff motivational tools. Computer literate creating staff rotas and budgets in Excel. Assisting with marketing plans, creating events.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience : Proactive, Professional attitude towards customer service. A reliable individual with a Can-Do attitude is sought. Proven management and Bar/Restaurant experience is required. Health & Safety an Food Safety level 2 is preferred.
