We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the Sodexo team in the Virgin Lounge at Manchester Airport. This role involves leading the team to ensure smooth day to day running of Lounge.

Main responsibilities

Looking after the Lounge, we ensure Virgin Customers receive a high level of customer service, exceptional food and beverage offers and maximise their overall experience. This role involves working with the Virgin Holiday Lounge Manager, and Sodexo Account Management team, to bring added value to the contract though innovation, pro-activeness and service delivery. Building positive working relationships with airport teams, you will ensure all staff are trained, undertake staff appraisals, maximise customer service through training and create an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognised. Working with the Sodexo food and beverage development teams you will bring innovation to the food offers and be actively involved in the menu workshops. In addition you will complete reports, adhere to financial targets and complete all relevant health and safety and food safety documentation.

Ideal candidate
  • Experience in providing ‘high-end’ quality in customer service and product.
