We are recruiting an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our fast paced, high end contract in the heart of City of London. We are looking for a passionate, professional and confident manager to lead and develop the current hospitality offer, overseeing a large team, reporting into the General Manager.

Main responsibilities
  • Build strong client and customer relationships
  • Develop, manage and motivate the fluctuating team  of permanent and agency staff
  • Be visible and client facing, building strong relationships with all levels of management and staff
  • Proactively review and improve the service offered - ensuring 5 star standards at all times
  • Organise a variety of high volume events and functions
  • Agree innovative and creative menu selections working closely with the Head Chef
  • Ensure continuous development and training of staff
  • Organisation and ensuring processes are followed is key
  • Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive and meet relevant deadlines
  • HSE and FS understanding and adherence
Ideal candidate
  • Excellent attention to detail, passionate about delivering very high standards
  • Strong communication skills, building relationships with clients and employees at all levels of seniority
  • Good food and wine knowledge, understands all aspects of ‘sequence of service’
  • Experience in events/hospitality within contract catering, 5* hotel background or a leading restaurant
  • IT/computer literate, with full knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
