Due to us being successfully awarded region 5 of the Hestia Project, we have a great opportunity for a FM Manager – (Soft Services) to come and join the new team at one of the contracts in Longbridge, BirminghamMain responsibilities
You will lead and manage a team within Soft Service in Cleaning, Security and reception. An attention to detail on excellent customer service to our clients is essential.
You will also manage all financial aspects to maximise sales opportunities and manage expenditure to deliver targeted results, whilst ensuring contractual, legislative and Compass standards are met and maintained.Ideal candidate
What we need to see from applications is a strong demonstrable track record with soft service facilities covering cleaning/domestics etc. This can be across multiple or single sites. You would also have experience of leading teams and driving them to deliver results & exceeding targets.
