We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join the 45 Park Lane team. The role is based in our modern American steak restaurant CUT at 45 Park Lane. Wolfgang Puck is a world renowned master chef and restaurateur whose name is synonymous with the finest in hospitality and the culinary arts.

Senior Chef de Partie role overview:

  • The ideal Senior Chef de Partie will take pride working in Wolfgang Puck’s first restaurant in Europe, a modern American steak fine dining restaurant
  • You will be crucial in creating delectable dishes range from informal dining on breakfast, lunch and dinner to outstanding Wagyu steaks
  • Together with the Junior Sous Chef or in absence, you will supervise all cooking personnel in your section. You will have the opportunity to participate in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs
  • As a Senior Chef de Partie, you must be self-motivated and patient to train and develop other kitchen team members
  • As a Senior Chef de Partie you will also be responsible to ensure that daily food preparations meet outlined recipes including portion size, quantity and quality
