The French Laundry, Thomas Keller’s highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant in Yountville, CA restaurant, seeks Chef de Partie (s). deal candidates will have at least 1-3 years of experience, with increasing levels of responsibility, in a fine dining environment.
We welcome international talent to join our newly expanded kitchen outfitted with the most state of art equipment. Learn and grow with our culinary leaders who are focused on mentorship.
This position will be exposed to and trained on the stations within the kitchen. In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability and drive to learn and contribute.
