Central London

Monday - Friday only!

Up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience

Main responsibilities
  • You must be able to work to a high standard expected by the head chef and the client.
  • To run your own section confidently and efficiently and to help with paper work.
  • Maintain the health and safety within the kitchen
  • Be able to produce menu ideas in regards to buffets, fine dining, cakes and sandwiches.
