Chef de Partie – Wakehurst: Kew’s botanic garden in Sussex Based in Ardingly, near Haywards Heath, Sussex.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and reliable chef to assist in running our large and busy Stables kitchen and satellite café’s. We have a huge focus on homemade products, fresh produce direct from the Wakehurst garden and other artisan company nominated suppliers.
We also have a growing Conference & Events business that caters for a variety of events including weddings and corporate functions held in our historic country mansion or across the vast outdoor estate.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
Working in a busy kitchen
Adapting to the business needs of the day
Nutritional & Pastry knowledge
Basic food and health & safety training
Attention to detail and reliability is a must. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
