As Pastry Chef we look for the following:
- Great organisation skills required for a busy section of the kitchen.
- Ability to encourage and teach junior chefs.
- experience in high quality plated desserts as well as traditional cakes and bakes for our café
- knowledge of chocolate and sugar work would be an advantage
- Innovation, having an eye on the market place to compliment the team here on menu planning
- Experience in fine dining in blue chip companies or High end restaurants
