This role is responsible for all things 'people' . You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and attracting the best talent on a permanent and temporary basis, managing and liaising with suppliers to ensure we have the right people at the right time
- You will plan ahead to ensure regarding labour and events and support event operations
- Responsibility for supporting payroll, finance management and ensure that all new recruits are compliant
- Delivery training for events staff and assist in developing an engaged workforce
For you to be right for us, and for us to be right for you, you will have previous experience of staffing/recruitment in a fast-paced, demanding environment. You will have experience in a high volume variable environment and recruiting, and training, a temporary workforce. You will have strong stakeholder management skills with experience of working on client site. You will have strong IT skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be engaging, enthusiastic and motivated to lead a team.About the company
