Brookwood offers the highest standard of fresh, quality food to pupils across all school ages and genders, whether they are day pupils or boarders. Currently supplying 45,500 fresh meals each school day to over 90 independent schools!

Salary/Hourly Rate: £10.50 per hour

Working Pattern: 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for a Café Barista Supervisor has arisen at perhaps London’s most iconic school.

If you are an experienced, passionate proactive barista supervisor who is willing to go that extra mile whilst ensuring that you don’t take yourself too seriously and have a positive attitude then we have the ideal environment.

Job specification:

Performing a variety of tasks associated with coffee production and service in the catering unit.

To ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety, Employment Law, and Food Safety Law for all staff, visitors and customers

To take responsibility for all areas of coffee production, creation and design.

To make sure coffee produced on site meets the clients expectations whilst following company standards and procedures for health and hygiene.

Place food and beverage orders from nominated suppliers.

Cash handling.

Stock taking.

Candidate Profile:

Full of personality and energy.

Able to look after a high volume of customer orders.

Thrives under high pressured environment.

Has a love for coffee

Desired Experience:

Customer service focused

Has experience in making a variety of different coffees

Has barista art experience - preferred
